2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom / made-to-order furniture
- Final sale items
- Used or installed items
3. Return Shipping
- Defective items: covered by Weylanhome
- Non-defective returns: customer responsibility
4. Refunds
- Processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
- Refunds issued to original payment method
5. Restocking Fee
For returns of non-defective items, we charge a 15% restocking fee.
6. Damaged Items
Report within 48 hours with photos.
